People everywhere are stuck.  Many of us have an unconscious tendency to get stuck in compulsive behavior patterns, dysfunctional lifestyles, or reliving traumas and pain from the past.   We can get trapped in a never-ending cycle of stress which leaves us feeling tired, sick, sad and anxious. Our quality of life becomes diminished while our personal and professional performance gradually degrades. Meanwhile, traditional approaches to health and wellness don’t seem to be bringing us much relief. These traditional approaches to self-improvement are are no longer effective and are failing us in our current fast-paced environment.

As a result, those people who are motivated to improve their lives end up taking their physical and emotional well-being into their own hands by seeking out people like us – Coaches, Change Work Facilitators, and Alternative Healers for help getting to and clearing the root of the problem.  Our out-of-the-box thinking and creative approaches to change are precisely why people in need seek us out.  So it’s our job to stay on the innovative edge of self-improvement techniques so we can effectively help people clear all the “stuff” that gets in the way of their being and doing their best.

Among the many techniques I use with my clients, one in particular offers them an efficient, safe and easy way to create meaningful change through a simple system of “tapping” on certain points on the head and torso.  The Emotional Freedom Technique (also informally called EFT and/or Tapping) is one of the simplest transformational and powerful tools available to bring clients rapid, lasting relief.  It’s dynamic and flexible, and effective in both group and private settings. And because it may be used in the conscious state, it breaks the “woo woo barrier” and is easily adapted for use with corporate and executive clients.

Discover how EFT helps real people create real change, quickly and lastingly, and explore the origins of this powerful technique and its practical applications.  Join me in learning how to help your clients harness a state of balanced equanimity from which they can to cultivate both significantly improved physical health and an emotional sense of well-being.

Positively Yours!
